Deepest Sympathies
Our deepest sympathies are extended to Meave Tighe and family Russagh, Rathowen at the sad passing of her dear mother Kathleen, nee Purcell, Crumlin, Dublin. Kathleen passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. beloved wife of the late Donal (Don), Kathleen will be greatly missed by her loving son, John and daughters, Gráinne, Fidelma, Emer, Eitne, Caitlín, Sinéad and Maeve and her much-loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Her extended family and a wide circle of friends. For those of you who were unable to attend you can leave a personal message in the “condolences” section of R.I.P May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Vintage
The Parish Park Vintage Committee are busy getting ready for this year’s vintage show which takes place on Sunday June 26 th This year’s Jiving competition will start from 3 Pm with music by legendary country music star Johnny Brady supported by the first lady of country music Olivia Douglas. Streete Vintage show is renowned as one of the best family days out in the midlands and one not to be missed. The committees ask you help us to spread the great news far and near as all proceeds from the event go to maintaining our community centre.
We are also holding open meetings from now until our show to give people the opportunity to have their say and offer help before and after the show. Please come along on Tuesday night at 8.30 for a friendly chat or contact James on 086 3125876 or Kevin on 087 1375222 if you think of something that will make our day memorable for everyone.

Masses & Adoration this week Streete/Rathowen
This coming Sunday is mass of the most Holy Trinity. Vigil Mass every Saturday in Boherquill at 8 Pm. every Sunday Rathowen at 10am. Mass this week Tuesday, 7 th June Boherquill 9.30 Am. Friday, 10 th June, Boherquill 8 pm. Adoration 7 – 8pm.

- Rosary continues: Rathowen, every Tuesday at 7pm and Boherquill every Thursday at 7pm

- Men’s Prayer Group: It was wonderful to see so many men coming together to pray and enjoy refreshments afterwards. We meet each Monday in the church in Boherquill at 8 pm. New participants are always most welcome to join us and receive the support of other men in their prayer and personal life.
